چکیده

Inorganic–organic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have recently seen considerable progress, and this has encouraged researchers to evolve test numerous different potentially improved device architectures. As a result, in paper, theoretical design for improving light absorption obtain maximum photocurrent using NiO/GeSe core–shell nanostructures is introduced. The effects of nanostructure arrays, based on the trapping technique, absorption, generation carriers, field profiles, finally density PSCs, been investigated through three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain approach. By selecting NiO GeSe as core shell materials, active layer increased, relative use conventional planar structure. This leads reduction carrier recombination within PSC proposed design. results obtained from our simulation show that performance highly dependent height materials used core–shell. Significantly, an optimal 160 nm was with J ph value 27.23 mathvariant="normal">m mathvariant="normal">A / mathvariant="normal">c 2 .

Modeling Anomalous Hysteresis in Perovskite Solar Cells.

Organic-inorganic lead halide perovskites are distinct from most other semiconductors because they exhibit characteristics of both electronic and ionic motion. Accurate understanding of the optoelectronic impact of such properties is important to fully optimize devices and be aware of any limitations of perovskite solar cells and broader optoelectronic devices. Here we use a numerical drift-dif...

One-Dimensional TiO2 Nanostructured Photoanodes: From Dye-Sensitised Solar Cells to Perovskite Solar Cells

This review presents one dimensional (1D) TiO2 nanostructured photoanodes for next generation solar cells such as dye-sensitised solar cells (DSCs) and perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Due to the unique morphological properties, 1D TiO2 nanostructures can act as express electron channels as well as light scattering layer, leading to improved charge transport properties, such as charge separation,...

A High-Efficiency Si Nanowire Array/Perovskite Hybrid Solar Cell

A low-cost Si nanowire array/perovskite hybrid solar cell is proposed and simulated. The solar cell consists of a Si p-i-n nanowire array filled with CH3NH3PbI3, in which both the nanowires and perovskite absorb the incident light while the nanowires act as the channels for transporting photo-generated electrons and holes. The hybrid structure has a high absorption efficiency in a broad wavelen...
